Minor correction on last post: Ms. Collins was married to Mr. Pappalardi when she killed him. Posted by Paul in KY on Monday, 02/24/2014 @ 13:06pm |
Blood of the Sun, Never in my Life, Dreams of Milk and Honey, those are some bad ass songs Posted by Frankboy W. on Tuesday, 11/5/2019 @ 19:30pm |
RRHOF is a joke. I'd never go there. Johnny Winter is not in the RRHOF - Tupac is. Mountain is not in the RRHOF - Janet Jackson is. The Guess Who are not in the RRHOF - Greenday is. I'd rather go to a Hard Rock Cafe. At least I could get a drink! Posted by Bobo on Monday, 06/1/2020 @ 12:40pm |
Leslie West, Mountain Guitarist Who Belted 'Mississippi Queen,' Dead at 75 Posted by Roy on Wednesday, 12/23/2020 @ 23:50pm |
Yes. A very unique driving rock sound. Mississippi Queen alone makes them worthy. Leslie West made them a pioneer in the world of hard driving rock. Posted by Carl Hardy on Monday, 08/22/2022 @ 08:38am |
It's impossible for me to believe that Mountain is not in the HOF! Posted by Michael Blaymore on Friday, 12/30/2022 @ 21:43pm |
There's some exceptional axe men past & present that truly embody the best of rock, but have yet to be recognized & celebrated by the R.R.H.O.F.. Leslie and Mountain are at the TOP of the list. They were always great (and loud !!) live, and Leslie was a real down to earth guy. "Mississippi Queen" is a monster legendary song and a favorite of mine along w/ "Waiting To Take You Away", "Never In My Life", "Long Red", and covers of "Dear Prudence" & " Satisfaction". So come on R.R.H.O.F. before you lose any more relevancy you still got, and get with the program. Posted by Pete from L.I.,N.Y. on Thursday, 01/26/2023 @ 14:33pm |
Any one who knows anything about Rock music would include Mountain in RRHOF. What a travesty you idiots. Posted by Dave Kutz on Sunday, 04/21/2024 @ 06:23am |
