sadly, I am the first one to post. Burl Ives is a great singer-songwriter, the only reason he isn't already in is because nowadays he is most well known for Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. burl Ives wrote Jolie Jacqueline and the owl and the Pussycat. he originally sang Call Me Mr. In-Between, Funny Way of Laughin', The Blue Tail Fly, The Little White Duck, and Ugly Bug Ball. he had an influence on many folk singers including Peter, Paul and Mary, The New Christy Minstrels, Arlo Guthrie, Gene Autry, and the Indigo Girls. i Voted 'YES'.
