4 comments so far (post your own)L.A. Guns 1st 3 albums I think are of very high quality. Some commercial success with Gold albums and a couple charting songs. They mixed some ballads The Ballad Of Jayne with their hard rocking songs like Rip And Tear. I'm impressed with their overall discography. Excellent live band. I'm trying to fit L.A. Guns on my nomination list for 2021-2022. Phil Lewis and Tracii Guns are well-respected in the hard rock and metal world. It's a group that deserved more recognition. L.A. Guns are one-hit wonders. Their one hit was a song called "The Ballad Of Jayne." I learned that on a VH-1 show that featured 100 songs by one-hit wonders. Posted by Brian Schonour on Sunday, 11/7/2021 @ 18:23pm |
