The Strokes and
Pearl Jam have been buddy-buddy lately. They've been dropping compliments on one another and appearing at each other's shows. Now they've gone into the
studio together to record the
Marvin Gaye classic, "Mercy Mercy Me". Somehow
Josh Homme tagged along and plays drums on the track (as if he needs another side project).
Perhaps Julian Casablancas wants to be the one to induct Pearl Jam into the Hall in
2016.
