Most Definitely. Manhattans,
Should have been in years ago.
It's time for The R n R Hall of Fame,
to get their nominating committee together.
It's also time for organization to realize
that this is not just the 'Rock Hall' of fame, but
the 'rock n ROLL hall of Fame. Let's not forget
about these American Vocal Groups... rock n roll was born & bred in The USA.... Where are
'The Spinners'?

The is NO logical explanation as to why the Manhattans should not have been in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame a decade or more ago.
Their omission is a stain on the integrity and legitimacy of the induction process. Something is wrong - and it's egregiously wrong. Makes no sense. None.

It's cool it has always been about
(Rhythm & Blues) the songs will forever live as classics-
On February 25, 1999 THE MANHATTANS were inducted into the Rhythm and Blues Hall of Fame !!!

I'm bias because my dad ( BL) was the writer of " KISS AND SAY GOODBYE "
Gerald Alston being my favorite lead singer, this group and most R&B groups of that time made music we could use now in 2023

RIP to the original members who have all passed and
