Deserves to be just on talent alone, but I don't see it ever happening.

His solo work is really amazing, screaming trees are great plus his various collaborations over the years (Isabell Campbell, Mad Season, Qotsa). Doubt it will happen but hope he does get in for something. His first solo album was a big influence on Kurt Cobain and nirvana's unplugged plus one of my favorites.

Great lyricist and what a voice, playing with so many musicians. Saw him in Detroit 2019. So glad to listen to some of the best music of his day,
