It appears Jann Wenner likes Loggins and Messina.

Loggins & Messina are deserving of this accolade. They deserve to be in the RRHofF due to their body of work and popularity in the 70's. All of their albums went platinum.....some gold. "Mother Lode" is my personal favorite....

I agree they clearly should be in the RRHF. I am surprised nobody mention one of my favorites... Angry Eyes in addition to all the other aforementioned great songs.

The 'Hall' is a joke. Evidence, how long it took for Chicago to be inducted. Loggins and Messina made a profound impact on music and society but the people in the'Hall' are completely ignorant to the relevance of real talent.

Golden Ribbons - lyrics. I always thought "those fortunes of war" was "those awful chains of war" ?

There are two essential bands from my youth that are sadly not in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame....Paul Revere and the Raiders and Loggins and Messina. The Raiders were hugely popular in the 60's and 70's, including being the "house band" on Dick Clark's TV show, "Where the Action Is." L & M were selling millions of albums and playing sold-out venues throughout the 70's, as well as highly successful reunion tours later on. Kenny has had a very big solo career, and Jim's resume with Poco and with Buffalo Springfield make them both individually deserving as well.

Please consider these artist, if you can consider Cindi Lauper she is fine but let's give these guys their hall of fame ticket. Thanks

Kenny Loggins not in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is a joke, and shows what a sham the Hall is. There are so many in the Hall not as accomplished as Kenny or that have not contributed as much as he has. Put the man in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

L&M have always been one of my favorite duos for many years. Their reunion tour shows they are sill loved. Jim Messina on guitar is something & Kenny's 5 decade career is enough to be in the RROF
