Yes, definitely. She is one of the forerunners of the contemporary country music scene. She is still putting out records, and continues to charm critics and audiences to this day.

Looking through Wikipedia - LeAnne's first Ep's came out in 1991, 1992, 1994
So my question would be, isn't she eligible now to be on the list to be inducted?

The song Blue should at least be in the Hall of Fame. Her singing that song is literally the second coming of Patsy Cline. She obviously should be in the Country Music Hall of Fame. Rock n Roll? I think it's because she is still young, but one day, definitely.
