Henry Rollins recently made this video talking about his most Favorite album and it's re-release.. The LP was recorded and issued in 1979 by the British Punk band, The Ruts, and is titled "The Crack". Unfortunately, this important first wave of British Punk band is not recognized on this FRL website..
The link to this short video is.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dpltFpLGfWg

Early British Punk is not represented very well, with a lot of bands that were very relevant to that era and time period of Rock, do not have a listing or page on the Complete List of Artists, which is therefore incomplete. In the context of just First Wave of British Punk alone, some notable bands without an FRL listing are the UK Subs, 999, Sham 69, The Ruts, The Adverts, and a few others.
Not that any of these bands would have a strong chance to make the HOF, but they still deserve to be recognized.
If Henry Rollins can cite The Ruts as an influence for him, then they should be at least mentioned as a noteworthy band in R&R history.. Thanks.
