I believe without EXODUS the genre of thrash metal wouldn't exist, or at least it wouldn't have the huge set of balls it swings around!

Exodus was good I guess but look how inconsistent they are.They almost never follow up their good albums with good albums until lately.
What about Testement?Better band than Exodus they should get in.

They are better than Pantera, but I'll bet my salvaged 1999 Mercury Cougar that they do not get in. Overkill has a better chance. Besides, do you guys really wanna see Kirk Hammett go in to the Hall of Fame twice? I don't!
